Crafting Community - Portland (September 2024)
In September 2024, I co-hosted Crafting Community, an afternoon of connection, creativity, and chronic illness solidarity in Portland Oregon. Dozens of Spoonies gathered online to paint totes, participate in giveaways and simply exist together

Endometriosis Awareness Event - Seattle (March 2025)
During Endometriosis Awareness Month, I organized and co-hosted a powerful community event in Seattle featuring local advocates, Somedays period pain simulator, and people living with endo. We unpacked myths, shared lived experiences, and talked about pushing for better care and policy change all while building an in-person network of support.

Endo Awareness Yoga Flow - Bothell (March 2025)
As part of Endometriosis Awareness Month, I partnered with a chronic illness–informed yoga instructor to host a gentle yoga flow designed for those with pelvic pain, fatigue, and limited mobility. We created a soft space for movement, breath, and body trust followed by a supportive group conversation at Cut & Flow Studio.

AMSA Annual Convention - Washington DC (April 2025)
Medical Conference with Somedays
In April 2025, I joined Somedays at the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) Annual Convention to spark critical conversations about period pain, bias in women's health, and the importance of trauma-informed care. We invited future doctors and providers to experience the Period Pain Simulator giving them a literal sense of what people with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and painful periods go through every day.
